The i-Tuscany artichokes in oil are produced according to a traditional Tuscan recipe; very tasty and crunchy, they are harvested by hand and processed raw within 48 hours to ensure their freshness and consistency to be appreciated throughout the year.

Ideal both as appetizers, alone or in with cold cuts and a glass of good Tuscan wine or as an accompaniment during meals.
