The Jeroboam edition (3 Lt bottle – 101 fl. oz) of Insolito, is an excellent gift idea for him or for special events, such as special dinners with friends.

The Jeroboam bottle is exactly equivalent to 4 standard bottles (of 0.75 liters / 25 fl oz) and therefore perfect for events from 4 to 8 people, bearing in mind that once our bottle is opened, our wine acquires even more flavors and aromas in the first two or three days.

The name says it all: It is unusual to come across such a powerful and robust Cabernet Sauvignon in our area, just as it is unusual for us to bottle it in its purity.

With its deep color, enchanting and varied aromas, with an aftertaste dominated by the splendid softness of docile and persistent tannins and by a new palette of perfumes in the epilogue of the tasting, our Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine worth keeping for a long time or to be discovered at a special occasion to accompany dishes based on robust meats, furred or feathered game, aged or even fatty and blue cheeses.

Before being put on sale, it is aged through a 12/18 month stop in oak barriques and 48 months in bottle.
