The Jeroboam edition (3 Lt bottle – 101 fl oz) of iMeli, is an excellent gift idea for him or for special events, such as special dinners with friends.
The Jeroboam bottle is exactly equivalent to 4 standard bottles (of 0.75 liters / 25 fl oz) and therefore perfect for events from 4 to 8 people, bearing in mind that once our bottle is opened, our wine acquires even more flavors and aromas in the following two o three days.
With this Supertuscan Tuscan wine, the Azienda Agricola A Solatio pursues the goal of creating a wine that meets the quality criteria that distinguish it by seeking, precisely in the most difficult vintages, the contribution of aromas and softness that can make Sangiovese more accessible which, however, with its 10/20%, it contributes to confer the desired Tuscan identity.
The exposure of the vineyards is to the north, but the poor slope of the land means that the sunshine is still guaranteed throughout the day. Most of the secondary vines used for the creation of this red wine are located in an area of the property called, precisely, “the apple trees” and hence the starting point to baptize the wine this way.
Great structure, intense aroma, and deep color make it the ideal companion for demanding and robust dishes.
We recommend opening well in advance in order not to lose the beautiful sensations that the Supertuscan iMeli can generously bestow.
The wooden box containing the wine is included in the price.
