The Extra Virgin Olive Oil contained in this bottle is our product and aims to represent, above all, the personal commitment to continue the cultivation and production of this fantastic food in an attempt to always present it to you in its highest quality levels of perfume, flavour, low acidity, shelf life; all these are aspects which have always been the guiding objectives of our activity and they have to be pursued and achieved with the utmost severity. We do not produce numbered bottles, but bottles symbolically signed in the booklet contained within the package, to highlight the authenticity of the origin.

It is extremely well-balanced and at the same time a fruity oil, with a highly territorial and extremely clean taste, it is able to give a touch of elegance and refinement to your finest dishes.
