In its name lies the destiny of this wine extracted from Trebbiano grapes, skilfully vinified to obtain a perfect base to be destined for sparkling wine using the long Martinotti-Charmat method; this care allows for fine and persistent perlages, so elegant as to compete with the classic method, but above all it is a process that does not hide the identity of its Tuscan origin.
