This Tuscan salami is perhaps the latest creation, chronologically speaking, from the genius mind of Tuscan pork butchers who have been able to combine the excellence of Italian pork with the rarity of this fantastic tuber of which the Tuscan territory is very rich; the result is that hint of undergrowth that gives the dough the elegance and delicacy that distinguishes it.
An irreplaceable resource in the preparation of intriguing appetizers and bruschetta in combination with various cheeses, especially pecorino; due to the complexity of its taste, it also goes well with the flavours of more robust and intense wines.
If stored intact in vacuum-sealed packaging, it can last up to 6/7 months in the fridge at a temperature of 4 ° / 7 ° Celsius (39 ° / 44 ° Fahrenheit). Once opened, we recommend it be consumed within 4/5 weeks, keeping it wrapped in plastic cling film or in a slightly damp cloth at the recommended temperature.
