Purezza is a Tuscan red wine with 100% Sangiovese grapes. The winemaker farm A Solatio managed to get a well-balanced wine, elegant and pleasing to the palate.
From a strategic standpoint, this wine is a real challenge for A Solatio, as it seeks to tame the well-known hardness of Sangiovese grapes and suggest this wine as the « identity card » for the Tuscany region and for the farm itself and bring it to a level of refinement worthy for noble wines. The heart of the challenge is to continually work to make it more lovable, without mixing with more soft and fragrant blends, but by adopting special measures and techniques especially in the vineyard.
It takes its name from the selection of grapes only Sangiovese and vinified, precisely in 100% purity.
The vineyards a partial southern and western exposure and they are situated at an altitude of about 200 meters, with a grape production of about 50 tons per hectare.
In the cellar it is vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures with maceration on the skins over a period of about 20 days.

For its difficulty is produced only in the best years.
With good acidity and good structure, but at the same time, easy to approach and good drinkability, we recommend it to be consumed with grilled meats, Tuscan salami and Tuscan cheeses in general.
As for each red Tuscan wine, it is suggested the opening few hours before consumption for full appreciation of all its facets.
